preterite tense začať sa učiť		When it comes to regular verbs, the preterite is formed by the suffixation of a dental -de (if the preceding sound is voiced) or -te (if preceding sound is voiceless) to the imperative form. e.g. læs > læste (read > read), hav > havde (have > had)
adjectives začať sa učiť		Adjectives are conjugated according to gender and number. e.g. varm = hot (common), varmt = neuter, varma = plural.
